Twilight movie: Be prepared to go absolutely frickin’ insane

Don’t worry, I too, am ready to pee my pants…the Twilight movie release date has been MOVED UP!!! The original release date was Dec. 8th, 2008 but now it is Nov. 21st!!! I’m now going to run down the street skipping and screaming at the top of my lungs.

I write this from the confines of my dad’s office in Antioch. What a weekend it’s been- Olympic excitement, 18 holes of golf, two birthdays down and one more to go today. I cannot wait to take a breather- I’m just exhausted. I’m also feeling blissfully ecstatic as this weekend was filled with great food, wine, and family- the combo of all three usually lend to some pretty significant memory making and every now and then it feels pretty great to just relish the moment. Sometimes the most simple of days are the most special.

I will have more to post later on regarding a Twilight reference in the Chicago Tribune today, my anger-infused round of golf (at one point Fitz actually said, “I hope you’re getting some sort of satisfaction by the way you’re behaving right now”- but don’t be mad at him, I deserved that comment), as well as my destination tonight (spoiler: Table 52).
